Mat Pilates

Pilates is an extremely flexible exercise system.  Modifications to the exercises allow for a range of difficulty from beginner to advanced.  Pilates can help improve posture, flexibility, balance, core strength, and mental focus.

 

Pilates will help you learn:

Pilates is both a work-OUT and a work-IN.

 

Weekly Mat Pilates is currently offered on Zoom.

Reformer Pilates

I believe ALL bodies can benefit from practicing Reformer Pilates. It can be both a gentle AND challenging workout at the same time.  The reformer is suitable for almost all ages and fitness levels. 

 

Reformer Pilates is offered in person in Private or Semi-Private sessions.

Pricing (HST included)

Private:  30 Minutes:  $35.00

                50 Minutes:  $65.00

 

Semi-Private:  *Fee is for both participants

               30 Minutes:  $50.00

               50 Minutes:  $75.00

Missed Appointment/Late Arrival Policy​

Your appointment time is reserved just for you.  A late cancellation or missed visit leave a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been f

illed by another client.  As such, we require 48 business hours notice for any cancellation.  Patients who provide less than this notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full appointment fee, which your insurance will not cover. This fee must be paid prior to your next appointment should this ever occur.
 
*Consideration given for emergencies, inclement weather and illness.  

Please note that the full appointment fee applies if you arrive late to your appointment.
 
Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment.
