Cindy is always prepared with a program designed specifically for me, however can quickly adjust the session on the fly to address any needs that day. She also is an excellent coach, watching very closely what you are doing, and explaining what she is asking you to do and how to do it properly, as well as providing sincere encouragement. She really makes me feel like my well being is important to her, plus she makes it fun.
I have seen a significant difference in my body. My core has strengthened; my toning has visibly improved; I am more aware of posture; I am aware of my limitations but not afraid to challenge myself.
